Once again, on a quick walk through a mountain meadow, I spotted something new. A flash of bright shiny blue caught my attention. Close inspection – a blue milkweed beetle. Such a glorious addition to the ground cover. Some were laying eggs and on closer inspection, some were mating. A lot of details.
